Did you try swapping tires? Do you have any wear on the tire? Cupping on the inside tread? Running your hand over the tire you can feel subtle wear. It could just be tire pull. Also check tire pressures. If you can't fix it yourself you may have to bring it in for an alignment. If you can't correct the alignment problem another tire will wear like the old one. Camber can also cause a pull, not sure if there is a thread on this already.
