Re: passenger running light?
The 2wd and 4wd running light is the same, it includes the trim that runs all the way around the head light. It is the same for '87 and '88 (but the '88 model year is very rare). Good luck in finding one, you may have to try and rebuild yours. Lots of glue and cutting and creative use of materials will be involved. Are there not after market body parts suppliers that can get them, the ones the body shops use?

Re: passenger running light?
go to car-part.com
enter your vehicle and location info
in 'select part,' select 'turn signal/fog lamp'
in the next screen, select 'Parklamp/Turn Signal, fender-mtd, SW Right'
you want the fender mounted, NOT the bumper mounted, as that is the turn signal and you want the running light. the SW stands for station wagon. the headlights and headlight bezels are not compatible between the wagons and hatchbacks.
this should come up with a list of a whole bunch of wreckers who have the part you're looking for and how much they want for it. you can call or email them to ask questions about the part or shipping or whatever. try that and see if it works for you.

Re: passenger running light?
i definetaly would replace the light if it was on the car in pieces but i sadly didnt have a even a small piece. would maybe a transition to the older style headlights and running lights on both sides be a adequate call or are they just as equally hard to find as every other tercel part?

the older style are far more plentiful but i believe some mods might be necessary. i think petros knows for sure though. did you try car-part.com?

Re: passenger running light?
earlier head light assemblies are much easier to find, and they will swap right across. You have buy everything from the side marker lights, the sealed beam headlight assembly, the headlight trim, grill and all the mounting hardware and switch over as a set, none of the parts are interchangeable. It would only be cheaper if you had a complete parts car available, otherwise pay the big bucks to get just the side marker light for the composite headlight installation.
