They didn't say anything about " rust " weather little or lots , at 9th picture that show rear wheel well , look like big bubble of rust inside the body , very clean inside and very interest steering wheel which almost same as mine .

looks nice, but it seems a lot of money for a DX with an auto trans. Not sure I care for the color.

If it's been in Edmonton for any amount of time, I would put money on there being some serious rust issues going on with this car. The first Terc I ever owned in Manitoba had Fred Flinstone size holes in the floor. Once you're east of the Rockies the salt content on the road increases drastically.

Rust under the hatch window. Lots of bucks for an AT.

tons of visible rust, more obviously lurking. carpet in driver foot area is filthy around and probably under those sweet floor mats. grill is crooked, could just be broken plastic but could be damage from an accident. rear hatch knob appears to be broken off.

OTOH, i love the colour. peter, you're crazy.

I bought the T4WD in the 90's , seller said this is a local car which I believe him and bought it , my big surprise was the driver floor was gone but lucky the frame body is safe , car came from Alberta not local , I call back the seller ( deny,deny , that has answer)
