Lancaster is out in the desert so this one should be rust free.

"Hi... it has no noticeable rust, 213k miles, has "Salvaged title which I forgot to mention on Craigslist, owned for two months, current registration and has pass smog recently."

Usually salvaged title greatly reduces value. But it depends why, sometime just replacing a bumper on an old car could cause it to get totaled.n It is a stupid rule on salvaged titles, as repair cost go up more and more perfectly good cars get "salvaged" titles because minor non-critical body repairs cost more than the insurance company are willing to pay.

Another conspiracy to force too many people to buy new "big brother" cars, cars that track your movements everywhere you go.
