Hi. I own an 86' 4wd SR5 model tercel which i unfortunately rolled over falling down an emabankment sideways. The unfortunate part is that when it rolled, it smushed the roof in a good bit, shattered the front passenger side window, and spydered the windshield. After the roll over, my friend and I rolled the car back on its wheels and drove it back to the garage. The car is totalled, but the parts are all still good. I am looking to sell the good parts of my poor car to anybody that would have a need for these parts to service their own tercels. I honestly love these cars, and the parts on this one shouldn't have to all go to the scrap yard. Im sure you guys can make good use of what you may need. Please email me at ej352@drexel.edu with any parts requests and the desired price.

It has an 84' 3A-C engine that runs strong, and a spare 86' 3A-C that needs major repairs. A new OEM Bosal exaust in good condition( <7000 miles), also under 7000 miles are brake pads, rotors, shoes, E-brake cables, and an OEM radiator, all have less than 7k miles and are in great condition. The rest of the car works great including the 6 speed manual 4wd transmisstion and 100% of the drive train all the way to the wheels. Body panels and doors are in relativly good condition except for the driver side rear panel under the window/above wheel welll(it got dented in the roll over).

also, if anybody is interested, all the car needs is a new passenger side window, windshield, both side view mirriors, and to have the roof pushed out and a roll cage installed, and the car is road worthy again. I would do it myself if i had the money to do it now, but the car can't sit at my girlfriends house for that to happen :( Anyway, i hope that sum of you may be able to get some parts reletivly cheap and my car doesn't have to suffer entirely in a scrapyard.

The car is in Alburtis Pennsylvania, which is sumwhat near Allentown. the roof is dented over the front seats, and the windshield no longer fits within the A pillars. They are bent and will need to be played with to have a new windshield fit in. The body had 175,XXX miles or so. i dont' remembe exactly nemore. The engine has about 125,XXX from what i kno, and the tranny is also not the first one put into this car, so it probobly has fewer miles than the body also. Additionally, when i fixed this car, the man that was helping me was a master toyota diagnostic technician, so the car has been looked over with a good deal of professionlism, and the parts shud all be in a well functioning condition.

It'd be good to make a 4WD dune buggy out of....cut the top off...add a rollbar...fix the windshield. Put some big tires on it.

the exterior is grey and the interior is blue and a dirty white pattern section in the center of the seats. the front driver seat is heavily worn, and the passenger seat is in better condition. the interior is prob the worst part of this car, but i do have the rear piece that hides the contents of the back. it is dark blue and works, it even has the lil ropes that hook onto the hatch so it lifts sum when you lift the hatch.

I get the feeling that i am in a location where everybody else is far away from. how far away are you people that are interested in parts, but are deterred from the distance? I could mabe price the items to inclulde shipping if need be.

Bump. All the parts are still here. Working 6 speed manual 4wd tranny with all working differentials and axles. Complete drivetrain except a broken spindal on the front driver side. Exellent suspension(It never bottomed out for me while driving on pavement) New brake rotors, pads, shoes, drum spring kit. and E-brake cables. Brand New Allentown area of PA. :D

Yeah, I have just bought another one, and it appears that the transmission is shot. I'm not much of a mechanic, but I'm hoping it could be a clutch problem, but at this point I'm just not sure. I haven't done the research yet to see how big of a job it is to either replace or rebulid the transmission. How many miles on yours ??
