Post by SeaBrien »

I am looking for a 1985+ Tercel wagon sr5 for sale around Maine or New England. Hoping to find a 4wd with 6 speed low gear. Thanks, Sean.

Welcome to the list!

it is going to be hard to find one that is not a rust bucket at your end of the country. IF you are willing to travel to states south of you, you likely can find a decent daily driver. That has some risk that you will need repairs along the way, but I have done a number of times and have always managed to get it home.

Depending on your budget, I can find a decent one for you on the west coast, give it a mechanical checkout and repair as necessary. And you can fly out and drive it home. I would even be willing to drive it to you just for the travel expenses (and give it a very through "check ride" along the way).

Thanks for checking out my site and for the advice. I have noticed many more Tercel wagons for sale on the west coast and might take a trip out or down south to pick one up, but if you hear of any for sale in or around New England in the mean time let me know. Thanks again, Sean.
