By Far The Best Wheeling I've ever done in a CAR

Post by Barto »

This was a true test of our little cars and my lift kit. This video is the hardest obstacle but just getting up to it was a ridiculously hard trail. I was running solo trying to catch up to the big trucks so I got no Pictures. WARNING THERE IS PROFANITY IN THE VIDEO.
I'm going to weld the rear diff next weekend cause if it had been locked it would have gone right up that.
Enjoy

you just needed to hit that hill with a little more speed, that stop and starting is hard on the clutch and tires.

More torque would have been helpful to, in addition to the "movable ballast" in the back.

i don't think the dude in the blue hoodie should be behind the car on that rock, too dangerous. i can't believe you even got the car that far up the rock though! my buddy that you met once in duncan, justin, i think he welded his rear diff and swore by. kept trying to convince me to weld mine...and do custom bumpers...and skid plates...ha!

I love the bumpers, but I can do without the welded diff. Mine is my daily driver.

See if you can hunt up the rear axle assembly from a RWD corolla GTS, there are three different brands of LSD for it, and it has rear disk brakes. It should be a straight forward swap, same suspension pick-up points as the Terce4wd axles.
