Hey one more thought...Is the plastic cover loose on the steering wheel you have for sale? If it's still tight and feels good, I'll take that off your hands too. The plastic cover on my steering wheel is kind of squishy and feels like it kind of shifts around...not a good feel for a steering wheel. Let me know. Thanks again.
PW
PS ....thanks dlb for the tip on locating the manual...it helped

The caps on the washer/ coolant bottles are solid, they work fine. $25 for both.
The cover on the steering wheel is a bit loose, though its only a forward- backward rotation, I'm not sure what exactly you want it to feel like, but it isn't sloppy when turning. $15 for the wheel.
I can make a paypal account if you want to go that way, it sounds fine to me.
It should all fit in a flat rate box which would probably be about 10-15 bucks, but I'll check and let you know for sure.

USPS says it'd be $58 to get a box to Aus, I'm not sure how much more to get it to your exact location. If you want to look up a different option, It'd be shipped from Boulder, CO 80302
Coolant/ washer bottles: $15 each

Sorry LR4WD,
The day before you posted your response, I found the bottles on ebay ($29..ouch), and my steering wheel feels like the one you describe, so i guess I will hold off on that too. Thanks for your help.
