Parting out 86 4wd automatic

Post by LittleRed4wd »

I'm parting out my 86 4wd automatic.

Engine and auto trans both in good condition, approx 175,000 miles. Engine runs smooth and keeps its power, transmission shifts and drives great, in Fwd and 4wd.

I'm keeping/ have gotten rid of some parts on the car but otherwise it's all gotta go, let me knew what you're interested in, I can post pictures of parts if requested.

Squiggle-

USPS says it'd be $58 to get a box to Aus, I'm not sure how much more to get it to your exact location. If you want to look up a different option, It'd be shipped from Boulder, CO 80302

Coolant/ washer bottles: $15 each
Badge: $5
Steering wheel: $15

I will take and post pictures tomorrow

got a stock radio that works? I might be interested in that and the water pump housing, the passenger and drivers mirrors and the heater control switch located under the dash in the passenger footwell. I can take pics if you need a reference. Mine caught fire.... :( lol

let me know shipping would mostly fit in a flat rate box but if you prefer UPS, my zip is 98409

thanks!

Sorry, no stock radio, and I'm keeping the water pump stuff.

I have both mirrors, though the drivers has a vertical crack right in the middle of the glass, but It's still useable or you could probably just replace the glass. $25 for the set.

I'm not totally sure what the heater switch is, but that means I have it. I'll check it out, just give me a pic or a detailed description of where it is.

I'm totally fine with flat rate if you're interested in anything.

Hi,
Do you still have the two bottles (coolant & washer)? Is so, I'll take 'em. I'm also looking a driver side sun visor, a front passenger side marker light cover, and an owners manual for a 1986 4WD. Let me know. Thanks.

PW, you can access the manual here on the forum. there's a link at the top of just about every page to it.

Yes, the coolant/ washer bottles are still here. I don't have a manual, and the marker light is shattered (I think someone backed into it). I do have the drivers sun visor, but the plastic mount is cracked. I can throw it in for free with the bottles if you want, maybe you can salvage it.

Is the plastic still okay on both bottles and their caps? I found a set in a junk yard this weekend, but the plastic was so brittle the caps just crumbled when I tried to remove them. If these are okay, let me know how much you need for them and for shipping to Oregon. Also being a newbie...I'm not exactly sure how you fellers buy and sell stuff on this forum. Do you use email for mailing addresses and paypal for payments? Thanks again. And don't worry about the sunvisor...I did find one last weekend.
