non interference engine so belt snappage should not have caused to much trauma

yeah, could be rescued but it's so rusted that i imagine the frame isn't in very good shape. i looked at one similar last year and it all the brake and fuel lines needed replacing too. they seem to rust even worse than tercs.

That rear axle will fit in the TErcel, has bigger brakes too. And that EFI engine can be made to fit in the Tercel, the Tercel flywheel will bolt right to the crank. And I think even the fuel tank (several gallons larger than the Tercel) with the built-in high pressure EFI fuel pump can be adapted to fit in the tercel as well. Front brake calipers will also make a good upgrade.

So it might be worth it for a parts car to improve your Tercel. Better give him a low ball price since it does have a lot of miles on it, and a wrecking yard might only give him $150 for it anyway.

the engine has got to be shot at 600k- but the rest for parts $200 top- if your desperate-the body is U/S-(wonder if the driver seat will fit my terc -still looking since the dogs ate mine) by the way mine is LHD - not RHD
