EMPI CV AXLES--ANY GOOD??

- have now reached the final with CV AXLES- AUTO ROCK offer new EMPI axles - QUESTION are these any good??
GSP europe do not stock these axles(terc)- every other source seems reman or rubbish -or very expensive(new from OZ $500)--- thanks in advance-DEC

I know others on the list have bought them, and I hope to get some soon. They are I think the last company that makes them new, they have a good reputation for making replacement parts for vintage aircooled VW trans and axles. I would trust them.

still busted. looks like the best thing is to just plan on replacing the whole long block, too much risk to the aluminum block to get a good repair. Now got to find a cheap way to ship a short block 1000 miles.
