Anyone able to find a Front Left Window Regulator for a 1983? Mine is toast, and I've checked all the wreckers / pick & pulls around here and can't find one.
I'm willing to pay any reasonable price plus shipping to Alberta Canada, T4B 1V2 if someone can get me one...
As it is I've had to block the window in a closed position and that's going to be really annoying as it warms up...
I'm also looking for a Light switch assembly if someone has one, mine no longer stays on high, I have to hold it in that position when I need high beams...
Thanks all!

i think i could get that stuff for you around here. do you just need the plastic crank or the whole assembly that sits inside the door? which part of the light assembly do you need? i've never played with that before so i'll need a few deets. is it just the arm on the left side of the steering column?
i live in BC so shipping shouldn't be too bad. i'd just like whatever it costs me for the parts and postage, plus and outrageous handling fee to the tune of $1,000,000,000.00

No, I need the assembly in the front/drivers door. Mine is stripped so my window won't properly go up/down. It stops just shy of all the way up, which makes it bloody cold when it's -20 weather.
And I'm not worried about the light switch arm... I'd have to rip the steering column assembly open to look into that, and can't be bothered at the moment.

The light switch assy comes out after removing the steering wheel and shroud. The complete assy is held in with phillips screws and is all connected into the harness plug with the windshield wiper switch. It's faster to just remove the whole shebang with the wiper switch and toy with it on the bench. Be careful of the pin locks in the harness plug, if you bodge one, it won't necessarily stay connected just when you need it
. My '83 lost the detent in the switch about 5 years ago and I still haven't fixed it- You should have heard my 16 YO the first time she drove it at night and flipped the lights OUT when turning them down! you get used to it, but I have the part, I just haven't gotten a 'round tuit' yet!
