Needed: Seat belt parts

Anyone have a set of good seat belt return coil thingies that they care to part with (NPI)? My two front seat belts flop all over the damn place after I buckle them and I'm always manually putting them back in place!

Have you tried cleaning them? I haven't, but I'd bet they are full of lint, etc.

I had a similar problem on the front belts (probably like most of us). I took them out, blew out the detritus, and used a lot of silicone spray lube on the coils. This helped quite a bit. Mind, it did not bring them back to OE condition, but it helped.
While the complete parts "pods" are different front-to-rear according to the EPC here - I wonder if the rear coil thingies by themselves can be fitted to the front pods? Since they obviously have a lot less wear, maybe that is the ticket?

I have found that taking them apart and cleaning them good and lubricating the moving parts works well. Try that first before you replace them. I might have an extra set, but I have to look for them. What color do you need?

Thanks for the tips, everyone. I really should try to clean them before jumping to conclusions here. I'll do that and revisit this thread if cleaning/lubricating doesn't address the problem.
