WTB wishlist

Thought I would post here and at least get started on my wishlist. I am looking for some various parts as listed below:

Front Seats: I would love some in good shape in the diamond pattern, though any brown seat in good shape will be better than what I have. Brown prefered, other colors considered.

Set of four "MINTY" stock square style wheels. I am a wheel whore and only try to have the best so I'm looking for only wheels with no curbs, rust or bends

working stock radio: Mine has developed a nasty habit of just turning on and off when it desires and resetting to 88.1 I tried to see if it was grounded right but alas it may just be a gremlin.

passenger side mirror

front corner lenses (JDM clear would be awesome)

stock grill

I much prefer local, always have car care or detailing to trade and other car parts, I am a cheap punk who will wait out the junkyards as none of this stuff is urgent, all would 'be nice'

I have a pair of brown SR5 front seats (fabric), they are from a '84. They are in bad need a of a good cleaning, but there are no tears, drivers side "wing" has some minor abrasion wear, not too bad. these are the "picnic blanket" plaid, and the same style that comes in your year. Best way to clean them is remove the fabric cover and wash them, and put it back on. How about $30 for the pair?

I also have a good side mirror for you, $15

And a stock grill from '83-84 style, in perfect shape with the 4wd emblem. $20

I have a spare pair of front corner lenses, they are USDM amber. Perfect condition. $20 pair.

You can come get them sunday afternoon if you like, I will not be home any other time this weekend.

Except I have to be in CA next weekend (thurs-sunday), so you either have to come by weekday evening before than (late is fine with me), or we wait until the following weekend of Sept 29-30. No hurry, unless you need them right away.

I am happy someone can use the seats, I almost threw them out more than once, but they are in such nice condition I really hated to do that. They have been taking up space in my garage for 2-3 years. I had some blue seats from an '83 SR5 for 4 years, finally junked them and of course, about 2-3 weeks later someone local came on the forum desperate to get some blue '83 SR5 seats.

PM me if you want for when you want to come by, and buy. (couldn't resist, heehee), and I give you contact info.

petros, from all the stuff that you seem to have stored in your garage i imagine it's more like a hangar.

which would make sense, as that must be where you're building your compost-fueled jet fighter out of recycled soup cans and a 4AGE engine.

It is slowing getting organized, and thanks to many list members, lots of parts are getting snatched up, adding to my "Tercel improvement fund".

you know that i would absolutely love to! maybe this august when the wife and i begin meandering down to nevada for burning man, if you're kicking around? i def want those springs before then though. TT said he should be heading down towards you soon so my fingers are crossed...

I will be going to see Petros first week of FEB for sure . Hey about sqaure mag wheels , you mean like mine on current 4WD.if soo that kind hard to find "MINTY", I have 4 but need restore and center caps are missing, I have been trying to find them for a year, no luck .

if it's the girl, i can't help you because you drive a tercel and hot chicks don't like capable yet economical little cars that are 25 years old.

if it's the little white square in the middle of the wheel you're looking for, i found two at the wrecker and will get them for you if you want. sorry there isn't a complete set but i guess someone took the other two wheels.
