Well, back on topic..
Looks like a Lake Of The Woods cruiser. All the resorts vans have skiis up front. Some even have flotation, after drowning some customers a few years ago. This guy has winter lake travel covered, even an old Bombardier. http://www.bobsicefishing.com/ice-trasportation.html
