it doesn't sound like it would be the resistors, as even if all 3 of them are broken, the heater should work on full blast since no resistors are used on that setting.

Update on the blower... This afternoon I took the glove box off to get a better look at it. My buddy came over, we talked about replacement options, the possibility of getting new brushes, etc. Then he poked his head under the dash, gave the squirrel cage a spin and thought that it would be worth a shot to try it. We did, and it worked! So there ya go.

Doesn't seem like it'll be a forever fix, but its enough to keep my windows from getting too foggy for the time being.
