strange diary queen commercial w/ T4wd

I don't watch a lot of TV, but last night I was hanging out at a buddy's place and saw this DQ commerical where a family is chasing a DQ truck. The mother is on the hood (haha) trying to get on the truck mission impossible style. Guess what they're driving? A Toyota Tercel wagon. So strange I thinlk. Why? Did one of the film crew have one and DQ is so broke they can't afford a sienna? Or maybe the sienna hood is too sloped? a 25 year old car in a 2010 Diary Queen ad...what a strange world. I hope the hood is okay BDN
