I ran across this video. Couldn't believe the size of tires this guy put on. I'd love to know what else he did to his car. Seems to be lacking power though. I'm guessing it's probably the giant tires.

That looks to me like a Toy 4x4 truck frame with a Tercel body on it. The rear has leaf springs, and you can see the frame and transfer case hanging down in one shot. So, not a Tercel at all really.
Sorry to ruin the fun, but it looks like he trashed both a Tercel4wd and a 4x4 truck to make that schizoid vehicle.
