my choke pull-off just died on me, and the cold start up is a bit irratic
want to check if you guys have a spare one lying around before I buy from rockauto.com
I live in Vancouver bc

plus, has anyone had experience replacing them?
the linkage material looks easy to break
i use a stock carb

Did you test the diaphragm for leakage?

I might have one laying around (I think I have more than one spare carb). I know I swaped that part out on my current carb, but I may have another one. You can have it if you want it, come down in August for the NW tercel get together, we can go though the boxes of parts in my garage and see what we can find.

hey thanks petros
i'm going to be pretty busy with school and family this whole summer
but i'll see if i can spare a day or 2

in the meantime i put a paper clip on the mouth of the carb to keep the choke slightly open
not the perfect fix but gets the car running in the mornings 8)
