Any Interest In A Lightly Used Weber 32/36 DGV Kit?

Post by buffalomesa »

I'm thinking about selling my almost new electric choke Redline Weber DGV kit. I bought it new, and I've been running it for about 4 months. It shows no signs of fuel leaking, and it runs great on the Tercel. I've been getting 38mpg on the highway, and although I don't measure city driving, that's where I've noticed the biggest increase. The only reason I'm considering selling it is because I have a new Lynx Adapter, which is less than half the height of the Redline adapter, and I'd like to run a Downey air cleaner.

The only flaw, if you could call it that, is a small hole I drilled in the air cleaner top plate above the primary for water injection. I'll put a rubber plug in it. It's the low profile air cleaner.

The price? I'm thinking $250 plus shipping (figure $10 in the US). If I sell it, it'll come straight off my daily driver car and be shipped out to you. It's not an old Weber in need of anything, it looks almost brand new. It also has a bellcrank on it that'll work without hacking your old cable.
