You've certainly done a tremendous job!
The Hilux looks quite clean!

I take it from the photos of the other trucks in the parking yard that you truck was originally part of some governmental fleet (because of the warning stripes)?
Incidentally - great shot down the hill of the farms!

Hi,

The Hilux come from "Aéroports de Paris"
The company is in charge of all the airport in a circle of 40 miles around Paris
Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget ( :D ) are the bigger
Some of this car were "FLYCO-Follow me"
Not the hilux ...
It was used for animal control (bird, fox, rabbit, ...)
lightbar, loud speaker, antenna explains the seven holes in the roof
The glove box disapear with the ground and tower radio
So ... I'd keep from the grey interior of the Tercel the glove box
Now the tercel's glove box is in the Hilux

Better than nothing :?

Is the Tercel on a transporter because you sold it?
The interior (and exterior) of the Hilux appear immaculate! I guess it never faced the vicissitudes of traffic and parking lots, let alone "real" traffic?
How many KM on the clock? Pretty low-pressure life as a critter-control car, I'd guess - chasing after Wiley Coyote and the like...
And it is a manual transmission! That surprises me, considering its function and use; here in the USA that would have been an automatic for certain.
You certainly appear fortunate! 'Course, working for the authority would give you a bit of an "inside track," I guess ?
As a nosey 'Murrican, I gotta ask - how much was it?
Tom M.

Location: LFPB = Landing Field Persan-Beaumont ? I obviously am not familiar with your language...
EDIT :
AHA ! !
Le Bourget ! The landing place of Lindbergh's plane, The Spirit of St. Louis - financed by folks right here in STL !

Hello,

Bingo !
Welcome in Paris - Le Bourget :D

The Tercel is not sold !
The car wasn't finish after the paint job, so direct on a Ford Transit
Remember
img_3885.jpg
The Hilux is not immaculate ... oh no !
Condition: used !
The color is hypnotic
It's why so much people like ... I received 3 real offer to sold it

odometer: 264.000 kms (around 162.000 miles)
The manual transmission is the standard équipment here in france
No chance to have an automatic gear box
But ... you know with 90hp ... it's maybe better (a lot of torque: diesel)
My Hilux is loaded with AC ... this is an unusual equipment for an European Hilux version

A last picture of the Tercel

For today :D

Bye
