Rear axle is hooped - worth fixing?

My tercel:: 1987 Toyota Tercel 4wd wagon, lifted aprox. 3" in the rear, 2" in the front, tube bumper, 2k atv winch, K&N air filter, custom red/black paint job, custom shift knob

Easy fix? The mount is broken off so I'd have to crawl under it in the street and weld it back on. Guess you all have heated garages, welding equipment and experience to boot :). Car is reposted and I have more pics.

I did not read that there was something broken.. I had a bent axle, bent rim, and that bent rod that holds all that stuff centered.. yes my dad has a shop, but I did all my repairs outside minus using the vice for straightening the rod so haha
