Yeh - someone did a BIN.You are correct on the feedback; this fellow's sucks - and he seems rather combative as well in this replies. Mine is 1508 and I treasure each feedback.
And the $250 "processing fee" is a joke. It's a profit center to make up for his listing cars with no reserve.

usually on cars on ebay, if they dont sell they will try to sell it locally (such as autotrader)
ive always been wary when im looking for something on ebay; first thing i check is feedback.
got some interesting stuff from ebay though, everything from atari 2600 games to a pair of printed Chuck Taylors.
