How to remove front exterior door handle for 86 sr5?

Hi, I messed around in the wrecker today for about an hour trying to get the exterior door handle out of an old wagon to put into mine (which dosen't have one on the front driver side). I was able to get all of the lock connections off and the bolt closest to the front but there is one bolt towards the back that I just couldn't reach to undo. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, also this is my first car so this is all new to me. Fun!

Think a Crows Foot might reach over there? I haven't looked, so I dunno.
What did you try? Socket? Open-end wrench?

I've taken one out and replaced it before, but can't remember all the details. I thought there were holes in the sheet metal of the inside of the door that you could pop a socket through to get to the bolts. I'm thinking that I didnt' have any particular problems getting the swap done.
