There are so many good tercel pictures out there and so many different posts. I thought that it would be cool to see what everyone's favorite tercel picture was (and maybe make a calendar, since it is a new year an all). My favorite is one I saw on one of the 13or dvd's. It was a tercel getting a few feet of air going over a hump. I will post it when I get home tonight (and find it on the DVD ).
And while I am at it, someone posted a link or some pics of a tercel that was modified/suped up by a company (I think). It had big tires, a pushbar with some nice fogs. I remember the poster lamenting the fact that they couldn't find the plans for the mods. If anyone could help me out with finding those pics it would be great!
-edit- Found it! It was the The Original Downey Off Road Tercel Flyer!
I found another picture that I like. Let's see if I can figure out how to put it in the post . I don't know whose it is but it looks nice and that background is purdy...

One of mine of course. If it doesn't show, just right click on the red x and select 'show picture'. Might have to do it a couple times. The site I use for hosting pics sucks.
Seeing that picture makes me want to get a camping trip going for all of us Tercel owners who could do it.......only problem is how far apart everybody lives ! I drove my car up to the Smokey Mountains last summer for a mountain biking trip.....it was fun going out on a long road trip in it....definitely adds to the sense of adventure taking a 20yo vehicle on a trip like that !
We're supposed to have snow tomorrow night....maybe it'll provide a good environment for some action photos !!
Sorry to post so many, but I have a few that I think look good, I think some are repeats not sure which ones, sorry about that.. This is going to be a good thread so I want to get in early with some good stuff:
NO junk in the trunk!
Everything looks good in the shade!
Ahh she was still new then, only 391,000 Kms.
Thank you Meguiar's!!
More good reflection.
I loooove blue, my fave colour.
What would one of my photo sets be without a train shot?
I'm locked out of the car in this one, had to wait 2 hours for Dad to get home from work and bail me out. And on top of that I was beside RR tracks and never saw one train. Grr-rr!
Here is the tail end of me getting out of a deep rut that is did not think i would make it out of. The GF took the pic a little too late...
and here is a random pic i found on the net...a nice action shot

406,000Kms now, that's a few trips around the Maritimes for sure. My car came from Winnipeg, which means getting it here accounts for some of those Kms. I think it was only here for a year or so before I got it and started driving the oil to it so it wouldn't rust any more. That's part of the reason it's in such good shape I think, no sea air to corrode things. I don't have any action shots, but a wheel on a rock or something would make for a nice desktop. When spring arrives I think I'll do that. Thanks for the inspiration Gasoline Fumes!
That terc from Madagascar is cool. I really like the rims, step-bar by the doors, and that light assembly in the front bumper. I have never seen anything like that. Those rook racks are weird too. They look like they are attached to the side of the car just below the roof. I think that I have seen something like that on one of the French Tercels
And Julien I really like your Terk shots. Always some good action!
It is snowing here right now (3 inches since I got to work this morning) so hopfully I will get to take some good snowyaction shots. Maybe a good video too as there is a good layer of ice under the snow
