I've been plagued by rust in underneath the weather strip on the rear window.
Every time I think I've got it sorted, the new panelbeating pops out and rust shows. So, I'm going to pull out the window, fix the damn rust once and for all and put it back in.
Has anyone pulled out the rear window and how hard was it? Was it a bugger of a job and you'll never do it again, or is it something you do every weekend to clean the window effectively?
From reading the FSM, it's not that bad a deal, really, but that also states that pulling the transmission is easy too.

I had to pull mine and replace it after shattering it with a rock thrown from a weedeater. It really wasnt' bad. One thing I like about the DIY junkyards is that you can go in and practice taking things apart, and they dont' care !
Of course, my glass was broken, but I did get the window from the junkyard car out without any problem too, and more importantly, without breaking it !
