Uncle!

Post by Typrus »

Well, I never gave the first news. Jan 22. 9:31PM, My first niece, Haylie J. Rodgers was born! Even at 5 weeks early, she was 8lbs 6oz, 21inches long! Mother and daughter in great health, Haylie passed her EPGarrs (spelling?) with flying colors. In the past month she came down with a cold, but is ok now. My oldest sis is 21, and funnily enough, my brother-in-law is also Chris.

My 2nd oldest sister was rushed to the hospital this morning, and I have yet to find out if I'm uncle x2. I'll keep everyone posted.
Fun stuff!

Congrats - we'll have to file away all of the stories to pass on to the kiddies about your adventures that mature Uncle Ty will want to keep quiet !

Hahaha... lol

Zoe (or Zoey?) Christina G. was born today at about 4PM. 8lbs 3oz, 20.5inches. She is beautiful and in great health. Both mom and dad are exhausted, but all is well. She passed all health tests, and they are holding them both for a min of 24 hours just to be sure.

Already she's turning her head! And little Haylie is starting to try and hold her head up! :P

It's really pretty neat, as you will find out, particularly in the years to come. Without being maudlin, it WILL be fun - and more...
