anything over a smidge past middle is concerning. start with the thermostat. if that doesnt fix it, your head gasket is in the process of failing -- typical of these cars at this point. head gasket is very easy to do on these if it comes down to it ...

I knew they went to the choke but if I move the plug a clicking noise happens around the carb so I wanted to know the name of the plug
youll need to fix that. if theres clicking thats the fuel cutoff solenoids. not going to say thats causing your issues, but its not good to have them clicking ...

Re: AC Gauge Set - No clearance Alternator
There is an unlabeled port next to the dryer on the passenger side of the car. The AC diagrams all seem to point to that being the high side port (discharge side - liquid). The only low side (suction side - gas) is on top of the compressor under the alternator. And you have move the alternator up ...

Re: ToyotaPartsDeal.com?
I’ve seen negative reviews/comments about them on forums such as Toyota Nation and Reddit. One person wrote, “The prices are cheap but these guys are horrible- you have to PRAY they get the order right and that you don't have to deal with their return department. Otherwise god help you.” After ...

I'm not clear on what this wiring harness is for. Do you use it with the stock 83-86 bulbs to increase the voltage they get?
In my '87, I put in these LED bulbs a few years ago and have been really happy with them. They're one of the best bang for the buck mods I have come across.
