here it goes, had my carb cleaned and rebuilt. it was extremely dirty.Its gasket is worn out. Had to replace it. Also, opted for new air filter. Everything is working now. No more hard starting - finally! Will have my car rewired tomorrow. Thank you guys for your inputs!

Hard start 82 Tercel
I have a 82 tercel. it is hard starting. Had a mechanic go to my place and saw that there was a problem with the wire going to the starter. The mechanic did some DIY so the car will start. It worked several times - switched off and on the car with no hard starting. By the next day, it won't start ...
