i just think it's too funny that this guy spent sooo much money on an old Tercel. Not that they aren't totally worth it but this one is so over the top. I would love to have this sound system. Now if it only was a 4x4 with a turbo diesel engine...

I did put a LOT of work into this car. AND there was another one for sale pretty much right down the street also listed on CL for $1500. It was pretty nice, in really good shape, SR5 and had less miles, but the guy just liked the looks of mine better. So maybe just paint the ones you want to sell ...

Thanks for the compliments. I thought black would be easiest because it matches the interior. The windows were already tinted. I had to do something because the car was pretty butt-ugly.

So they just came with the car when I bought it. I left them on because they really help keep you dry when its raining. I'm sorry, I don't know where to get them.

Ok so maybe it's not a tick..I don't really know how to describe the sound. The fan does come on though, is this normal?

So my Terk tends to sound kind of loud when idling. The fan for the motor comes on and there is a ticking noise. Is this normal? Is it the thermostat maybe? It doesn't seem to be overheating but should it sound like this?

My car would kind of convulse and shiver and diesel out whenever I turned if off. It was really annoying and kind of embarrassing when pulling up in front of people. So I started using higher octane gas and it doesn't do it anymore! It is more expensive, but worth it I think to put in the better gas ...
