do you mean the individual letters on the hatch, above the rear window? i don't think toyota would even have them by now. best best would be to take pics and measurements to a decal and sign shop and have them make the sticker for you. i toyed with the idea long ago but ultimately decided against it.

Do what dlb suggested - if you want the "TOYOTA" ad.
I went a different route, as when I removed the ragged remnants of the OE decal, there were "shadows" left.
So I made my own from a piece of sheet vinyl from a sign shop, emphasizing that Goldie was my ______.
