here it is june and finely got around to getting it on the road. swaped the motor out, replacement only has 450000 kms on it, little bit of brake work.2 brushes, 1 roller, some green tape, couple of spray bombs, instant paint job.{50 mile a hour looks like new}just had to swap grill.

Looks great (from 50,000 ft on a foggy day) just kidding looks dam fine for the price have seen none better. No B/S

unreal job, jim. the two-tone beige/brown is an awesome combination. i love the attention to detail--doing all the window trims, bumpers, and headlight bezels in the brown looks really sharp. there's something on top of the hatch, what is it? looks like a little black box. and what wheels are those? are they 14" or 15"?

the little black box is for satilite radio the wheels i belive are mid 80s toyota 13". had them power coated in sparkle silver, real nice when cleaned up

That is a TREMENDOUS color combination and separation of shades! The car is truly transformed!
Congrats on your work; it was inspired!
The more I look at it, the more small details I notice (like the o/s mirrors). How about a couple more pix and your treatment of the hatch and ATM?
