Subject vehicle 83 tercel 5 door. Already tried permatex repair paste with no results. Grid terminal connections receiving 12V. Have read the FSM and followed meter trouble shooting instructions. Applied repair paste to flawed areas but after allowing paste to cure, the flawed areas moveS to the point where the paste was stopped and the original filament begins adding more paste to the new flaw just repeats this vicious cycle. Looking for some tips from some one who has been there.
Thanks in advance

Re: REAR DEFOGGER REPAIR
did you clean the contact point good with alcohol or something similar that will not leave any residue. I have seen it work, but I have not tried it yet. I need to, only 4 or 5 of my filaments are working and we are having a lot of frost and ice now.

Did you see this thread started by dlb just last November? Good info here: https://tercel4wd.com/forums/viewtopic.php? ... t=defogger
I realize you are getting juice, but this might help as well: https://tercel4wd.com/forums/viewtopic.php? ... t=defogger
