I have tried installing those "G" clips several different ways
have broke a few and they are hard to comeby
this thing works the best
just insert "G" clip into hole (15/64 dia) using a twist motion (needle nose pliers or tweezers )
set tool over protrusion at bottom of accelerator cylinder (don't forget to drop the ball bearing in first)
insert BUTT end of drill into end of tool
push drill bit down to push clip into place

Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.
