Some rust, price seems a bit steep for this "mechanic's special"

Clean interior, straight body. 5 speed transmission gets GREAT gas mileage--around 27-35MPG according to manufacturer specs. I've never seen an 85 this nice on the inside! Needs a little work to be a reliable car. Tough little car, starts right up but seems like it has a blown head gasket. Sells "as-is"; mechanic owned--will repair for additional fee & parts; or fix it yourself and drive it through anything. Icy streets will be no match for this little 4x4! If it doesn't sell soon, I will fix it myself and the price will certainly go up. This car is perfect for someone who is looking for cheap insurance, reliability, gas efficiency, and smart looks in an automobile. Click on the link below to see a slideshow of this car.

Is the device under the front bumper some sort of tow-behind link?
