Colt Vista/ Mitsubishi Expo/ Eagle Summit F/S

A good friend of mine has a junkyard, and today he got a 1992 Mitsubishi Expo/ Vista/ etc, of the hi-top wagon/ micro-van variety. It came from one of his in-laws, but there are no badges on the car, so I didn't figure out which make it is. It's the 2nd generation hi-top Mitsu, FWD, with a 5 speed and about 138k miles. It's the SWB version, so it has one door on the driver's side and 2 on the passenger side. The body is straight and completely rust free, it needs a windshield, and it'll need a set of tires (they're coming off before the car is sold). The interior has no rips, but it could use a good cleaning. The paint should shine up nicely. Everything's intact, down to the factory radio, although the cross bars for the factory roof rack are missing.

The deal is that it doesn't run, something electrical died while it was going down the road. Until that point, it used no oil, and the timing belt is intact. These Mitsubishis have even more room on the inside than the Tercel wagons, and they get comparable gas mileage. They also have more horsepower, and the cars are a bit smoother on the road. I'm not playing this up as being better than a Tercel, but they're a more modern interpretation of the theme. I've always liked them, and if I weren't so attached to my Tercel, I'd be buying this one myself.

The price is $500. If anybody is interested, I'll be glad to take pics and figure out which brand it is.

There's a lot or names about this particular vehicle? In the Philippines they call it the space wagon are these the same models of they just rebadge the entire fleet whenever they export it from other countries.
