If it is the choke why is it stuck open

You have to investigate that to figure it out. Once the engine has warmed up, the choke should stay open in the vertical position. If it's stuck open all the time, you have some investigating to do. Sometimes the linkage that connects the choke valve to the throttle can get stuck. Remove the air filter housing so you can see it clearly and lube it with rust penetrant, use some needle nose pliers to move the linkage and make sure it isn't stuck. Sometimes it's easier to disconnect the linkage at one point so you can determine if the linkage is the problem or if the choke valve itself is just stuck.

How do I check the oil pressure if it doesn't have a gauge and if it does where is it

To check the oil pressure, you need to get an oil pressure gauge and an adapter. Then you remove the oil pressure sender from the block (it's the big funny-looking nut by the oil filter), put the adapter in, then connect the oil pressure gauge fitting. Let the engine warm up to normal operating temp to get the oil pressure reading. Do a search on here for the specific adapter you need, it's an oddball one and I can't remember what it is.

Is your oil pressure light coming on sometimes?
