Toyota part #90913-05018. Part name code 13801C.
Shown as "discontinued" by various suppliers. While replacing a head gasket, found a few that had overtightened locknuts. I installed Honda D15B engine adjusters, since I had an old cylinder head available. The 3AC hardware is on the right. The Honda locknuts have a wider flange that fits well. The screw tip has a mushroom shape, perhaps to improve valve tip contact during motion. The down side is these can't be screwed in from the top, so you'll have to loosen the rocker shaft to install. I decided to replace all eight. Here's how they look installed. I've run them for a few thousand miles and they are working fine.
