hi!
im actually in quebec, sherbrooke with a tercel 1987 4wd.
Im here because i really need some fenders...
the saq of quebec didnt let me pass the inspection because of that... so, i would need some new fenders, but i search on rockauto,ebay,toyotaparts deal,amazon and nothing. All disscontuned.
I was wondering, if somebody know a website or a place that i can have them...

I've never understood how some provinces have vehicle inspections that fail you for having non-structural rust.

Yes... in quebec its very hard to pass a car without nothing to do lol

those fenders are the same for all Tercels, fwd and 4wd, sedan and wagons, from model year 1983 though 1986. and any wagon for the 1987 and 88 model years (the sedans changed design in '87). likey you will have to find good used ones.

there usually are shops in areas where they use salt that will cut out the rust, and form and weld in sheet metal to rebuild the rusted out metal parts. it is costly way to fix it, but if you can not find replacements, it may be a viable alternative.

Personally I would be tempted to just remove the rusted out fenders, and than get some sheet plastic and mount them in place instead of the metal fenders. Perhaps forming it a bit with a heat gun, and than run it back though the inspection. In the states there is no law that requires you to have factory replacement parts, especially for body parts.
