Newbie here, just found this place. Please go easy on me!!

Post by Mickey_D »

Hiya, folks. Just recently found this place, and to say I'm amazed that there are this many people that love thier little 'box is crazy!!

And to top it all off, here's a pic of my little beastie!!

Image

That was taken (along with two others) the day I got her. I've since put 30,000 more miles on the clock to bring her to a total of 193,000, and she still fires up first time, every time. She's mostly rusted completely out, but dang she's reliable.

The 4WD is a must around here as we get snow and ice on the roads for 6 months of the year.

The truck is what my wife drives!! LOL She just doesn't do stickshift.

You never know, in a few months you folks might have a parts repository here, as the rear end is making a rather loud humming noise and I just don't think the rest of the car is worth spending the money to fix it.

Anyways, hope life has you all well, and another hiya to everyone!!

That's with the camera beside the right rear wheel looking forward along the passenger's side. The driver's side is just as bad!!
