on level ground, pull up to a wall or garage door from about 20 ft away. see where the light makes a pattern on the wall, adjustment is adjacent to the headlights.
There are screw adjustments along side the headlamps accessible from the front next to the trim.
Adjust it so low beam should have a height cut off below your eye level when you are sitting in the car, and the left side one should be a bit inward and lower than the right side (so you do not send light into the eyes of on coming drivers).
there are likely youtube videos that show you how adjust the light beams correctly. You can get ticketed if the lights are blinding drivers on road. You will not need an fancy alignment tools, all you need to see is where the light projects out in front of you.
