Interior is in really good shape (though it's a mess inside) someone was kind enough to remove the front corner lights and leave them sitting on the bumper.
The exhaust seems to have been thrown through the back window, which seemed just rude to me.
I snagged the windshield (really cool brown tinted top) and something mounted to the dash that left some conspicuous holes right next to the gauge cluster... :D
The gear selector felt nice and tight, so maybe the transmission is worth pulling? I'm in need of an '85-'88 or I would've taken it.
Oh and the driver side rear quarter panel is pretty well toast.
Definitely a lot of usable parts on this thing!

Nice work! and score. The transmission bolts to the rear of the front differential which includes the varying gear ratios. If it felt good, I would definitely grab it, as it can go in any 4WD Tercel (83'-87'). The early trans from my parts car is working great in my 85' and was needed with my original trans spit a bearing (that I hope to repair sometime).

Oh no shit, I’d always understood that it was sort of an all or nothing deal.
Disregard, everybody. Don’t even bother going out there!

Intermodal,

I do want to point out that the electrical harness changed along the way. When I put the older transmission in my 85', there is no sending unit for the "EL" light on the dash, so I live without it (no big deal to me). The 4WD indicator will still function.
