I'm looking for a carb I can rebuild on my bench so I can keep my Tercel on the road in the meantime. Let me know what you've got!

Ah I just may have one kicking around. I will look.

I also have a Weber I bought from someone that I never used.

I have a whole stack of them. come by my place in Arlington this weekend and you can pick one out. some of them might even be good. the ones that need rebuilding you can have for free.

Would you be willing to sell me a solid, working carb and ship it to me? I don't have a ton of extra time recently, so it would be a real help.

best way for me to know if it is good is to swap it out on my car and drive it, to give it a test. but my Tercel4wd daily driver is taken apart right now. I do not recall if I labed the good carbs from the junk/core carbs.

I can do that, but it would be a guess if it is good. I can mail you two, try them both out, and send be back the one you do not want.

OTOH, if you are not in a big hurry, I get down to seattle and belleview several times a month. PM me your email/cell, and next time I am going your direction I can bring you several to choose from, I let you know a day or two before I will be going south. save shipping cost, but I do not know exactly when I will be going your way next.

Petros- Looking to see if you may still have a Carburator 'likely working' for my 1983 Tercel wagon. I will be trying my magic again this spring to see if I can make a different carb (and problem solve) this issue away. No luck yet. Brad of Minneapolis (voice message machine is 612-920-4082)
