radiator splash shield

Post by JDNightFox »

I think I found the part number for it, 51441-16021

at least that's as far as I can get, the description said "2wd" but it also shows it's for the SR5 model

splash shield, splash guard, splash deflector, radiator cowling, crossmember cover, whatever they call it

I think they are the same for the 2wd and 4wd. it keeps mud, dirt and gravel from getting on the engine and fan belt and timing belt. small amounts of sand and gravel on the fan belt or timing belt will erode away the belt.

Wow, JDNightFox, that is one of the unobtainium OE parts (like the luggage cover) for the T4Wd, so please - advise your sourcing dealer!

See this would have been good to know before I sold the other car! It had both the splash guard AND the luggage cover
