Re: odd looking grill
never seen that before, might be JDM perhaps, or from Europe. does it fit the Tercel? where did you find it? what was the car like, any other odd little tidbits? what kind of steering wheel did it have? did it have an inclinometer?

Re: odd looking grill
it matches up to the 88 grill in the pic for the mounting points other than that it was just a 86 sr5,tilt wheel nothing special,,i grabbed the speedo cluster to.no incline but had a 2 piece radio with the cassette player mounted under it,

Re: odd looking grill
that would make sense.
btw, you need to go get those composite headlights and the side marker lights (with trim ring), those are hard to find and someone on this forum will need them sooner or later.

Haha Jim! We don't call it "Hoarding" It's called "Parts in My Inventory"
Yup!
I always grab them if they show up locally (I even bought a set I found in the Portland Pick-n-pull, that I stop at just to take a look, on my drive from CA back home to WA, they had three T4wd! treasure trove!).
I thought I had a good supply of spare headlights for mine, but over the years each of these spares went to other forum members that needed them. Not sure if I have any left now. If I wreck one of mine I may have to go back to the sealed beam assemby.

Re: odd looking grill
Looks like a Grill from a 2WD, with the "Toyota" badge removed and a "4WD" badge from an 83/84 model mounted in the center. Any pictures of the back of the grill and how the badge mounts?
