So maybe not the best example. I'll try to get a better photo.

That's pretty good, the rectangular hot spots in the centers are super weird, but could probably just consider that the high part of a standard beam.

Hey all,

I’m finally getting around to wiring the new headlamps, this diagram appears pretty straight forward. Any suggestions (besides ebay) for the relays?

TIA,

These appear to be Bosch, but have a metal case vs plastic. Do you expect they’re ok?

I would suggest weatherproof automotive relays for under the hood. I use these, the matching relay is shown too.

I also get my wire there, way better than what's found in most stores.

Thanks splatterdog,

It’s been cold enough here in NW Missouri, I’ve seen some tents on the ponds:).

splatterdog,

The original part # and the one you shared are both 5-pin. Based on the diagram and my understanding, a 4-pin relay would work. Do you suggest not using the 87a pin/wire and just covering it?

The wire for the normally closed terminal can be clipped and capped. I use glue lined shrink tube with a tail that can be pinched shut while still hot.
