Re: Help....
welcome to the forum, jclark. this forum is an incredible resource for these cars so don't sweat it if no one in your town wants to work on it or whatever.
i'll preemptively refer you to the FAQ. it covers a lot of the most common issues.

Re: Help....
Relays for the sunroof are probably by the passenger foot area under the glove box.

Re: Help....
What do you mean? The big red wire off the alternator goes to the main fuse box (more or less)

Re: Help....
welcome to the forum,
You have not answered some of the questions, where are you from? Where are you that no one knows about old toyotas? Many shops turn away any old car because they do not want to mess with it. the best you can do is learn to work on it yourself, it will save you big money and give you useful skills for owing an old Tercel.
first thing you should do is down load the service manual from this forum and print it out and study it. Many of your questions are answered there, and there are plenty on this forum that will help you if you get stuck. But we can not teach you the basics over the internet, you have take an effort to learn what you can first. The Tercel4wd is an easy car to work on, but you have to become familar with it, and use the correct terminology, or we can not help you much here.
Good luck
