have you guys with high mileage cars taken into consideration the age of your ignition coils? the internals do break down.i switched my 4runner and tercel to (if your car has the round "can" type coil) a MSD blaster 2 coil.i notice a difference.also stick with NGK or Halo spark plus (when they are available again)
there is only one jeep.and that is one too many!

Have you heard from them already? I don't want to get too off-topic as you said. Good luck. I can picture those three 7A-Cs being built right now.Teddy wrote: tercel4wdrules:
I did INDEED see your posts, and sent an email to the people with the auto Tercel for $300... I haven't heard back from them
If anyone else is able to reach them, please let me know.
I am "interested" in any/all inexpensive Tercel 4WD wagons right now.
Thanks,
Teddy

i´m eager to se how the 7ac works man, after you get it running ill check how you did it and build me one just like it.... also ai hace three spare engines 3ac, 3ascv, and a 3asu twin carb which head can be used here with te best performance, and also do you know the diferences of the twin carb engine with the newer ones
tercel 4wd custom suspension, under drive pulley, vented brakes, cold air intake, and plenty more to come
Shogun:
With the exception of the cam, I could not see ANY differences between the 3A, 3A-C, 3A-S, and the 3A-L. Seriously. The valves, seats, springs, ports, pistons all looked identical to me.
The twin carbs (Twin Power!) looked cool, but did not dyno ANY more power than a single Weber, and looked like a complete disaster (a million vacuum hoses and pots and valves and solenoids and such).
Is the 3A-CV a Japanese market engine, or is that Australian?

Sadly, Teddy has not been seen in a long time. He was the operator of http://www.skiwagons.com Then he moved to Alaska and cut off contact with us.
