Charging/brake light question

mine just started doing the same thing with the added temp light all three lights are on: temp, brake and charge. my right front turn signal hasnt worked in 2 months due to a short, because before it stopped working totally, it would blink then i hit a bump then the blinker would be back to flashing fast again. also last week i noticed when the revs get really high (automatic) static (or thats what it sounds like) comes through the speakers even with the radio off. tomorrow is my day off and the first thing on the list is fix the right front turn signal then go from there.....
