there's a hole somewhere. Try to find it.

I'd suggest where the brakelines connect to the master cylinder, see if air is getting in there.

Take the lines off a lil bit (untighten) and just tighten them back down.

I had to buy a vacuum bleeder to get mine done...same problem.

Usually you need to bench bleed the master cylinder pretty well too. Sometimes if you loosen the lines at the MC...you can get some air out that way.

bleeding a whole system from empty can take a while to pump it all out, but that sounds excessive. Make sure there are no leaks, and when you pump the pedal, do it slowly or it might foam the fluid, which would trap air in it.
